Why Exercises are Necessary

Rehabilitation exercises play a crucial role in restoring an athlete’s strength, flexibility and overall function. Are you an athlete? I treat you all as such because I want you ALL to be the best you can be!

Rehabilitation exercises are essential for preventing re-injury and ensuring the athlete can return to his/her sport. Translation: I want you all to be able to return to the life activities you want to do!

These exercises often include stretches, balance training, resistance exercises and mobility drills designed to improve athletic performance and reduce the likelihood of future injuries.

The office will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, April 15, 16, 17. The full April calendar is open to schedule! The May schedule has not yet been confirmed.

Scheduling your appointments as recommended makes for optimal care.

Even if you are feeling good, tightness sneaks up without notice; maintenance care every 3-4 weeks will keep you in your best shape!
